All items are shipped on our standard delivery service which is 2-3 days. You can also choose to upgrade your delivery at the checkout stage to ‘Next Day Guaranteed’ or ‘Guaranteed Saturday Delivery’.
Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a shipping email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. The shipping email will contain all shipping information so you can keep track of your order. If no one’s at home and we are unable to deliver your item, you will be left a calling card and you will be able to arrange re-delivery or collection from your local Royal Mail depot.

Standard Delivery Service
All orders purchased before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day on our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service which is 2-3 days.
Please note due to Covid 19 some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual and signatures are not taken, but photographic proof of delivery will be taken. We are finding 98% of all orders are arriving as usual. Please note we cannot be held responsible if a delivery does not occur on your desired date during this period of the pandemic.
Orders over £60 qualify for our free delivery service, postage is charged at £3.99 for orders less than £60 in value.
Next Day Delivery Service
All orders purchased before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24 that same day for next day guaranteed delivery service. *Please note items purchased after 1pm Thursday on our ‘Next Day Delivery Service’ will be shipped Friday for delivery on Monday. Any items purchased after 1pm Friday will be shipped Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We do not offer next day service on weekends. If you wish to receive your item on Saturday, you must select our ‘Guaranteed Saturday Delivery’ service at the checkout page.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
Please note for orders to qualify for our ‘Guaranteed Saturday Delivery’ service orders must be placed before 1pm Friday. Any orders placed after 1pm Friday will not be delivered on Saturday. We ship by Royal Mail Special Delivery for this service and delivery time is guaranteed as being by 1pm.
International orders can be processed online and paid either via PayPal or with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
International orders, including those to the European Union from 1st January 2020 may be subject to customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. Our preferred carrier for International Deliveries is DHL
Bank Holiday Deliveries & Public Holidays
Watch Pilot and our delivery partners do not operate during Bank Holidays or any other Public Holidays. We are unable to dispatch or deliver items purchased during this period. We ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. Important Notice: Bank Holidays and any other Public Holidays will override any express service you have paid for during checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We always endeavour to deliver your order on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
For peace of mind all our orders are dispatched using a secure tracked service by Royal Mail with the correct insurance cover for losses or any damages. On rare occasions we may experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you think this may be the case with your order and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to replace or refund orders lost in transit however once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being delivered and signed for at the delivery address our liability ceases.
